Brenton McCaskill was the third founding member of Southbound & Crown. Brenton tragically lost his life on November 30th, 2020 while protecting his partner and her family from a home invasion.

Everything we do with SB&C will be in a way that carries on his legacy. Brenton was a passionate supporter of youth sports in the York County area, and he coached numerous youth sports teams. We have set up a GoFundMe in his honor, in which funds will be used to provide scholarships to disadvantaged youth and low income families in York County. These funds will cover registration fees, equipment costs, and associated costs for these youth wishing to participate in local sports leagues that might otherwise be hindered from doing so, through no fault of their own.

We at Southbound & Crown and South Carolina Spurs are forever grateful that Brenton was a part of our community and family. He had a massive impact on the lives of his friends and family and it is our hope that through community action, that we can help create better futures for the next generations. We believe Brenton would be happy to know that, as a result of his courageous sacrifice, kids that grew up like him could be properly equipped to succeed in life.

Net proceeds of all SB&C sales will go to Brenton’s Hero Fund
